Clarion Advisory was founded on a simple belief — that the hard-won lessons from large corporate environments can be genuinely useful to the owners and leaders of growing businesses, if shared with honesty and practical intent.

Deep Agarwal spent 38 years in senior leadership roles within multinational organisations, working across strategy, operations, and people leadership. Over that time, he observed what separates businesses that grow consistently from those that plateau — and it rarely comes down to effort or ambition. More often, it is a matter of structure, clarity, and the discipline to execute.

When he founded Clarion Advisory, it was with no interest in creating a large consulting practice. The intent was quieter than that: to work closely with a small number of business owners and leadership teams, bring an honest outside perspective, and help them build organisations that run well and grow steadily.
